At £11 for 2 kids, I think the price is really reasonable. It's a godsend (when the kids are bouncing off the walls at home) to bring them here and let them burn off some energy! This place is easily double the size of other soft plays in the area (such as the one in Codsall). It has plenty of seating, as long as you get there early enough, to allow you to set up camp and let the little ones go wild. The food, however, leaves a lot to the imagination and is really expensive! I'm sure my wife told me she'd paid over £12 for 2 bacon baguettes - which looked very sorry for themselves when they arrived! Will definitely go again, but will be giving the food a miss!

We held our 6yr olds birthday party at Kids Funworld. Highly recommended. We were able to book the whole venue in the early evening. Food for the kids was great, and the freshly baked pizza and refreshments for the adults were very good indeed. The kids absolutely loved their play time, and it was really relaxing for the adults. Staff were brilliant and the party was also very cost effective.

I have been a handful of times and every time it has been absolutely heaving with people to the point where you can’t find a seat or table to sit at, kids are bumping into the tables or adults, or even worse each other. It’s hazardous, how they have not implemented a booking system, atleast on a weekend or busy periods or stop people from entering is beyond me. I went the other day and stood for ages trying to find a table and they were letting more people in. They say you can sit upstairs but thats not possible when you have small children who need access to you. Queues for food are very long and you have a long wait, food is okay. The play frame itself would be okay if it had a clean, its looking a little run down. We have had our children running back to us on two different occasions now about other kids swearing and being nasty, this is hard to monitor in a place this size with a huge amount of children on the frame. Parents aren’t supervising either, so who do you go to in an instance where your child is being abused and harrased? Last visit we have decided to find elsewhere. However I did attend a party here on a late afternoon and it was a much better experience, but not always possible to come at that time. Will not be rushing back at all, needs major improvements

Went here for a birthday party. Iq was astounded by just how over-subscribed they were. There was at least five parties going on simultaneously. The seating wasn't sufficient for the volume of people. The party was on the upper floor / mezzanine which wasn't accessible for wheelchair users. Nice. The lower floor accessibility was appalling due to the way the tables and seating were arranged. Very disappointing.

The children enjoyed it. There is plenty of space for the children to run around and explore. Food and drink can be bought from the cafe . It is reasonable price. The staff are friendly and clearly trained in effective customer service. Care was taken to clear the tables and to vacuum the carpet. A useful place to visit when it is raining and you need the children to run off some energy.

I'd rate Kids Fun World with just 1 star due to numerous disappointments. Firstly, the majority of the play equipment, including the trampoline, was out of order. Secondly, there was no mention of the surprisingly early closing time when we entered, leaving kidss with barely an hour to enjoy. To top it off, the staff's behavior turned sour when we raised these issues. Definitely not a place I'd recommend.
